The King pins a Distinguished Service Medal on Chief Petty Officer C.L.Baldwin during the open-air investiture at the Dockyard in Portsmouth.
The King honours and decorates officers and men of the Royal Navy at Portsmouth for courage and bravery in dealing and securing enemy magnetic mines laid by aircraft.
